Crewing Management
Fariva Ship - FZCO offers crew management services to help our clients to be more competent and productive. Strong policies are implemented to ensure high standards are accomplished and maintained. Our seafarers undergo competency evaluation tests each time they report their readiness for rejoining. The purpose of the competency evaluation is to reveal any gaps which in turn enable us to conduct tailor-made training programs on board by our roving superintendents.
